About the information in the popup box:
WHAT box identifies that you are meeting for Parent / Teacher Conferences and automatically fills in your name, as you are logged into your G-Mail account allowing you to self-schedule.
WHEN confirms the time and day of your meeting.
WHO confirms who the meeting is with. (The teachers name will appear here as they are the organizer).
WHERE will be blank as you are meeting virtually.
DESCRIPTION provides you the opportunity to ask questions or provide information that is needed for both you and the teacher. Also, provide your students name here if your last name is different from your student.
