Math Intervention
Math intervention is a self-paced, virtual driven class where students who have not passed required classes attend to earn back missed credit. All students must pass 3.0 credits of mathematics to graduate from Lakeland Union High School. Math intervention is a catch all opportunity for students missing credit(s) to learn, practice, and apply their knowledge of the content through assessment methods to demonstrate understanding and mastery of the material. This is a free flowing environment where students will be assigned when they must make up missing components of knowledge based upon attendance, failure, or other means that interfere with their ability to demonstrate the content appropriately.
