Lifetime Fitness 2

Junior Level PE Class
1 Semester/.5 Credits

The emphasis of this course is focused on students choosing activities they are interested in and incorporating the Five Components of Fitness into those activities. Students will have a wide variety of units to choose from. Students will continue to work on exercising in their target heart rates. Students will learn multiple fitness, individual, and team sport skills that can be used in many lifetime fitness activities. *During this class, students will be required to take at least one strength and conditioning unit and complete one major project at the end of the semester.
