Sophomore Level PE Class
1 Semester/.5 Credits

The emphasis of this course is on students choosing activities they are interested in and incorporating the Five Components of Fitness into those activities. Students will have a wide variety of units to choose from. Students will continue to work on exercising within their target heart rates. Students will learn multiple fitness, individual, and team sport skills that can be used in many lifetime fitness activities. *During this class, students will be required to take a swimming unit and a minimum of one strength and conditioning unit.
