Foundations of Physical Fitness

Foundations of Fitness is a course designed to introduce students to a variety of health and fitness concepts while involving them in activities revolving around a combination of competitive games and lifetime activities.  The goal of this course is to help students discover activities they enjoy and that they would like to do more of in their future PE classes, as well as, throughout the entirety of their life.  We hope to help students enjoy being physically active so they will do so for their entire life.
