Lesson Plans- Wednesday, December 4th.

 

Hola!  Thank you for being here in my place today.  I have wonderful students and I hope that you enjoy your day with them.  I would appreciate any feedback you can give me on how things went!  

 

Here’s the plan (all students can access the links for each assignment on their assigned Chromebook using Google Classroom):

ACP Homeroom - Between 2nd and 3rd Period (Sophomores): 
  1. Have students get Chromebook

  2. Once students are logged into a chromebook, Xello is bookmarked

  3. Complete Work Values Task under “Lessons to Complete”

    1. Students must have 3 careers saved to complete this task

  4. Walk around the room and discuss with each student what they are finding out about careers they may be interested in. 

 

Spanish II (2nd, 4th and 6th Hour):
   1. EdPuzzle Video Assignment "Los Deportes" (Students will need earbuds or headsets.  I beliee that the basket of headsets may be across the hallway in the German       Classroom).
   2. Garbanzo Reading Comprehension Assignment "Futbol O Futbol Americano" (linked on Google Classroom)
   3. Garbanzo Reading Comprehension Assignment "John Cena" (also linked on Google Classroom)
   4. Gimkit Vocabulary Assignment "Los Deportes" (This is due on Friday)

 

Spanish IV (5th and 8th Hour):
     Students are working in smal groups on writing a video script.  Rubrics were passed out yesterday and they are writing their rough draft (due Friday) in Google Classroom.

 

Spanish I (7th Hour)
   1. EdPuzzle Video Assignment "La Quinceañera"
   2. Garbanzo Reading Comprehension Assignment "Isabel y Ronaldo" (linked on Google Classroom)

NO CELL PHONES OR PERSONAL COMPUTERS ALLOWED DURING ANY CLASS TIME!  EACH STUDENT HAS AN ASSIGNED CHROMEBOOK NUMBER AND MAY NOT USE ANY OTHER CHROMEBOOK OTHER THAN THE ONE ASSIGNED TO THEM.  CELL PHONES AND PERSONAL COMPUTERS MAY NOT BE OUT FOR ANY REASON.


I would appreciate any notes of feedback or problems. There is a red folder on my desk that is marked "Substitute Folder" with current rosters, emergency information  and a form for subs to fill out.
